Liturgical Design Consultant - Joseph P. Wittmann MTS
My Vision
For a church to be functional it first needs to be beautiful! This will happen through careful collaboration with people of faith, and their chosen professionals united with a common vision. In order for this expression to be realized most fully, it is my role as the Liturgical Design Consultant to assist the community in solidifying their understanding of church through their faithful response. On this journey of faith the community is united in a common purpose, expression of faith, and vision. The process that will unfold will be uniquely theirs. I find direction in the documents of the church, both local and universal, and the collective wisdom of the community.
My Logo - Coat of Arms
My logo is created out of family folklore and a bit of historical research to represent my ministry of Liturgical Design. The sir name Wittmann originates in Bavaria and could translate several ways, our family has claimed the meaning “keeper of the church” with loyalty to Rome. The coat of arms is a simple shield of red with a white dove centered; together this image represents the fidelity to the church by the color red, and guidance by the Holy Spirit.
